Your responsibilities will include designing mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns for eCommerce brands, collaborating with copywriters and marketers to create visually compelling layouts, developing reusable components and Figma templates for efficiency, providing insights on visual hierarchy and layout enhancements, and staying abreast of design trends, email best practices, and successful strategies in the DTC sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of design experience, with a preference for eCommerce brand exposure. Proficiency in Figma is essential, along with a deep understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and color theory. You should be capable of working independently with minimal guidance, producing high-quality work efficiently. Experience with designing for platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs is a bonus, and a focus on performance as well as aesthetics is highly valued.
