Job Title: Sales Zonal Manager Logistics (Delhi NCR) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Zonal Manager to lead sales and business development for the Delhi NCR region . The role involves driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and leading a high-performing sales team in the logistics & supply chain space. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in companies like Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Blue Dart, DTDC, Gati, Safexpress, FedEx, DHL, Amazon Transportation, Flipkart Logistics, Ekart, Rivigo, or similar logistics/e-commerce organizations. Key Responsibilities Drive zonal sales strategy and achieve revenue targets across Delhi NCR. Acquire new B2B/B2C clients in logistics, e-commerce, courier, express delivery, and supply chain solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key escalation point for regional accounts. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers/BD Managers to ensure target achievement. Identify market opportunities through competitor mapping (Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Blue Dart, etc.) and implement winning strategies. Collaborate with operations and product teams to deliver customized logistics solutions (first-mile, last-mile, express, warehousing, reverse logistics). Monitor sales pipeline, closures, client retention, and revenue growth at the zonal level. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 37 years of sales/business development experience. At least 3–5 years in a zonal/regional sales leadership role within logistics, courier, or e-commerce supply chain. Strong background with competitor companies like Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Blue Dart, DTDC, Gati, Safexpress, DHL, FedEx, Rivigo, Ekart, Flipkart Logistics, Amazon Transportation, etc. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, client acquisition, and account growth. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of logistics operations (last-mile, mid-mile, line haul, warehousing, reverse logistics). Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi NCR zone.
