Job Description: Water Softener Technician / Plumber We are looking for a skilled and reliable Water Softener Technician / Plumber to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of water softeners, filtration systems, and related plumbing connections at residential, commercial, and industrial locations. Key Responsibilities Install, service, and repair water softeners, RO systems, and water treatment equipment. Conduct troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance testing of systems. Inspect plumbing systems and ensure proper inlet/outlet connections for equipment. Replace cartridges, resins, filters, and other consumables as required. Educate customers on equipment usage and basic maintenance practices. Maintain service records, report issues, and ensure timely completion of jobs. Follow safety standards and company service protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a plumber or water treatment service technician. Good knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems. Ability to read installation layouts, troubleshoot faults, and handle tools effectively. Physically fit and willing to travel for on-site work. Minimum 10th/ITI/Diploma qualification preferred. Strong problem-solving ability and customer service orientation.
