You will be joining a leading sustainable packaging company in Vadodara as a B2B Sales Executive specializing in eco-friendly packaging solutions. With 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in raw material, packaging, FMCG, Horeca, or industrial products, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth. The company is dedicated to providing innovative, sustainable, and food-grade paper packaging solutions to clients in various sectors such as restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, catering businesses, FMCG brands, and retailers requiring bulk packaging options. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and generating new B2B leads within the hospitality, food & beverage, catering, and FMCG industries. Building and nurturing strong business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and large retail accounts will be essential. You will be pitching eco-friendly packaging solutions, negotiating deals with bulk buyers, and ensuring that monthly/quarterly sales targets are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Collaboration with the production and logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment will be part of your routine. Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies will also be crucial for your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA will be considered a plus. A minimum of 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, especially in raw materials, packaging, printing, FMCG, or similar industries, is required. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and drive business growth. Local market knowledge of Vadodara/Gujarat will be advantageous.
