Company Description Ecocat India Pvt. Ltd. is an exhaust gas catalyst manufacturer that supplies after-treatment systems to vehicle and engine manufacturers to meet Euro IV, V & VI emission norms. We provide complete catalysts with substrate, coating, and canning for applications such as Petrol, Diesel, CNG, LPG, Bi-Fuel, SCR & Urea Mixers, VOC Catalyst, Particle Oxidation Catalyst, and DPF. Our expertise extends to efficient system design, including selection, design, and calibration of system elements. Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure GST compliance, and handle our ERP system. The role is critical for accurate financial reporting and statutory adherence. Key Responsibilities: ERP & Accounting: Create and maintain master data (Vendors, Ledgers, Tax Codes, HSN) in the ERP. Book all transactions (Purchases, Expenses, Journals, Cash) accurately. GST & Compliance: Manage all GST compliance for concessional imports, including maintaining records, preparing quarterly certificates (Annexure-III), and filing returns. Cash & Bank Management: Handle cash withdrawals, verify payments, perform cash counts, and maintain the cash book. Accounts Payable: Process, verify, and book supplier invoices and debit/credit notes in a timely manner. Documentation: Maintain organized and verified records for all financial vouchers and supporting documents. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 2-6 years of experience in a finance role (Executive/Senior Executive level). Hands-on experience with an ERP system (SAP, Tally, etc.) and strong GST knowledge. Meticulous, organized, and a strong communicator. Experience with concessional import GST procedures is a plus.
