Human Resources Executive – Eco Nidhi (Hybrid, Mumbai) Full-Time | Hybrid | Fast-Growing Sustainability & MRV Startup About Eco Nidhi Eco Nidhi is a Zero-Waste SaaS MRV (Measurement, Reporting & Verification) platform transforming how events, venues, and corporates manage waste, data, and sustainability. We blend smart technology + trained human stewards to help organisations recover value, unlock ESG insights, and build cleaner communities. We are now expanding our core team in Mumbai. ---------------------------------------------------------- Role: Human Resources Executive A high-ownership HR role for someone who is passionate about people, hiring, culture building, and responsible governance (GRC for HR). You will work closely with the founders to shape a team that drives India’s next sustainability movement. ---------------------------------------------------------- What You Will Do 1. End-to-End Recruitment (Major Focus) • Source, screen, and hire candidates across Operations, Steward Management, Tech, Sales & Corporate roles • Use structured hiring, scorecards, and HR best practices • Build a strong talent pipeline for fast scaling • Conduct interviews & coordinate with department heads 2. HR Governance & Compliance (GRC for HR) • Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding documentation • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws & audit-ready processes • Support transparent, ethical, grievance-free culture 3. People Operations • Onboarding & orientation • Attendance & performance tracking • HRIS management • Employee engagement activities 4. Culture & Team Building • Help build a purpose-driven, respectful, zero-waste workplace culture • Coordinate hybrid work rhythms (WFH + Office days) • Support founder team in creating a high-trust work environment ---------------------------------------------------------- What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience (preferred: startup, events, sustainability, operations) • Strong understanding of hiring, screening, and people processes • Bonus: Knowledge of HR compliance, GRC, or audit-ready HR • Good communication skills in English & Hindi • Self-driven, organised, and comfortable in a high-ownership hybrid role • Someone who loves building teams and has empathy + discipline
