As a Senior Technical Lead - Front End React, your primary responsibility will be developing user interfaces using ReactJS. You should possess a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS, along with experience in state management libraries like Redux and MobX. Your roles and responsibilities will include demonstrating a strong proficiency in JavaScript, encompassing DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. You are expected to have a thorough understanding of React.JS, including core principles such as Hooks, Lifecycle, and workflows like Flux/Redux. Writing test cases with comprehensive test coverage, familiarity with newer specifications of ECMA Scripts, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS are also essential. Moreover, your experience in designing Restful APIs, hands-on expertise in design patterns, error/exception handling, and resource management, along with exposure to DevOps, CI/CD tools, and code versioning tools like GIT, will be valuable. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token, working with various data stores (SQL or NoSQL), and decent understanding of OOPS concepts are also expected. In terms of technical skills, you should have a strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript, with experience in front-end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Familiarity with web design principles, web accessibility standards, SDLC, and agile methodologies is crucial. Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, alignment with the company's long-term vision, adaptability to new ideas, willingness to learn and develop new skills, and ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple tasks and priorities are essential traits. Nice-to-have skills include qualifications like 8-10 years of work experience in the relevant field and a degree in B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA from a reputed university, preferably in a computer science background.
