Corporate Recruiter – Construction & Trade Labors Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team and lead talent acquisition efforts in the construction and trade labor sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting skilled labor such as roofers, construction workers, insulators, office staff and other trade professionals, as well as supporting staff and leadership roles. This is a critical role where you will partner with leadership to identify hiring needs, proactively scout and source candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for both field and office roles. Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, interviewing, coordinating offers, onboarding). Build strong pipelines of skilled trade professionals including roofers, construction crews, insulators, and related positions. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning. Leverage job boards, professional networks, social media, and community outreach to find top talent. Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates. Track and report recruiting metrics to leadership. Proactively scout and source candidates. Qualifications 5+ years of direct recruiting experience (corporate or agency) with a strong focus on skilled trades and construction labor. Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring trade professionals such as roofers, insulators, and general construction workers. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple roles and priorities at once. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and modern sourcing tools. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
