We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations & Logistics Executive in our Delhi office. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update MIS reports for daily sales tracking, team performance, and inventory records. Support the sales team by preparing and following up on sales orders, Proforma invoices, and documentation. Coordinate with RSMs and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations. Assist in maintaining distributor/dealer business plans, sales reporting formats, and Excel-based dashboards. Monitor Daily Sales Reports (DSRs) and ensure accuracy of data. Coordinate with the logistics team for billing, dispatches, E-way bill generation, and delivery follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of dispatched and pending orders. Conduct regular stock audits and inventory checks on a monthly basis. Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any dispatch-related concerns. Handle client communications, ensuring smooth order processing and post-sales support. Maintain strong working relationships with partners, vendors, and clients. Follow up on client payments and ensure closure of customer complaints in a timely manner. Manage customer satisfaction and retention programs to boost repeat business. Maintain scheme letters, credit notes (CNs), and documentation related to business partners. Administer and verify all required documentation for legal and commercial purposes. Prepare structured reports and share actionable insights with senior management. Participate in the implementation of new processes to improve operational efficiency. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or sales coordination roles (experience in corporate gifting, marketing, or FMCG preferred). Proficient in MS Excel and experience in MIS reporting. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Knowledge of billing systems, dispatch processes, and inventory software is a plus.
