Role : Executive – Client Servicing Exp : 0-1 year Location : Gurgaon Ready to dive into a world of creativity and action? We’re looking for an go-getter, who’s excited to turn ideas into experiences, loves the buzz of live execution, and wants to learn in a fun, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing: · Mastering Presentations: PowerPoint/Keynote skills are a must — you’ll help transform ideas into slick, story-driven decks that wow. · Collaboration Mode On: Work closely with the internal team (and sometimes vendors/clients) to make sure no detail slips through the cracks — from venue checks to lighting cues. · Taming the Chaos (with caffeine): Support the team with logistics, timelines, and coordination to keep events running smoothly. · Creative Problem-Solving: Every event throws surprises. You’ll learn to think on your feet and pitch in with smart, quick solutions. What We’re Looking For: · Eagerness to Learn: No prior agency experience required — if you’ve managed college fests, group projects, or anything that needed hustle and coordination, that counts. · Organizational Spark: An eye for detail and the ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment. · Creativity & Passion: A love for making things happen and excitement to bring ideas to life in the most fun way possible. · Communication Skills: You’re a people person who enjoys working with teammates, vendors, and clients (with guidance from the team). · Tech Savvy: Comfort with PowerPoint/Keynote is a must (non-negotiable). Bonus points if you’re friendly with Excel/Sheets too. · Nice to Have: Interest in design tools (Canva etc), social media, or event tech — anything that adds extra spark to your role. What You’ll Learn · Event Lifecycle 101: How an idea travels from a pitch deck to a full-blown live experience. · Client & Vendor Management Basics: How to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and keep everyone on the same page. · Presentation Storytelling: Turning raw ideas into compelling, client-ready decks using PowerPoint/Keynote. · Problem-Solving Under Pressure: How to stay calm, adapt, and find quick fixes when things don’t go as planned (because they rarely do). · On-Ground Experience: What it takes to run an event — from setup to execution to post-event wrap. · Teamwork & Collaboration: Working in sync with designers, producers, and strategists to bring big ideas to life.
