Tetra Pak is at the forefront of utilizing innovative digital technologies to enhance customer value. We are currently seeking a proficient Analyst IBP to join our Supply Chain Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing SAP IBP and establishing production planning processes for both Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order strategies. Your tasks will include configuration and implementation within the IBP Demand Module, along with expertise in Inventory Planning & Optimization and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). You will play a vital role in setting up the flow from Demand Planning to supply planning and S&OP, as well as integrating with other SAP modules such as APO and PP. The ideal candidate should possess 4-7 years of relevant experience, with a track record of 2-3 successful IBP platform implementations in manufacturing environments. Your expertise should extend to timeseries-based demand planning, statistical and ML methods, and integration with external forecasting algorithms and machine learning libraries. Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with colleagues, users, and business partners worldwide.
