Orane Consulting Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactor (EC) Consultant to become a valuable member of our team. As a prominent provider of SAP services and digital transformation solutions, we are seeking an individual with a comprehensive understanding of HCM functionalities within the SAP environment. With a focus on EMPLOYEE CENTRAL, the ideal candidate should possess over 3 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, EC-Benefits, Time Off, Timesheet, and demonstrate proficiency in integrating with S4HANA and other third-party tools. You should have a track record of at least 2 successful End to End implementations in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits, along with a solid grasp of business processes related to Core HR. In this role, you will be expected to actively participate in EC implementation projects, effectively collaborating with teams across different remote locations. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, as you will be required to communicate efficiently with technical and non-technical clients. Additionally, familiarity with handling Succession and Corporate Data models, configuration of MDF, Foundation objects, creating workflows, and business rules based on business requirements is crucial. As part of the job, you will also be responsible for EC reporting, including the creation of adhoc/advanced reports, and integrating EC with other modules like RCM, PMGM, etc. You should possess the ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements effectively, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A certification in SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory, along with proven experience in SAP SF consultancy focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee central processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are highly valued, allowing you to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
