You have an exciting opportunity as a Hardware Design Engineer in Mohan Estate, Delhi, with 4-8 years of experience in hardware design or related fields. You should have a strong understanding of analog, digital & power electronics circuit design principles and proficiency in ECAD software for schematic creation, PCB designing, and BOM management. Experience with hardware testing, debugging, and validation is required, along with knowledge of using lab equipment like bench supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc. It would be beneficial if you have a strong understanding of SI(signal integrity)/PI(power integrity), power distribution & thermal impacts, and EMI/EMC considerations. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include designing complex digital, analog & power circuits using ECAD tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting EMI/EMC testing, ensuring signal integrity through simulation-based design verification, and mentoring junior engineers while providing technical guidance. Familiarity with Altium net classes, high voltage rules, variants, rooms, PCB layout process, IPC Standards, PCB fabrication, design for manufacturing techniques, and high voltage circuit board requirements is expected.,
