Key Responsibilities: Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle EBS modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA), SCM (PO, INV, OM), or HCM. Conduct business requirement analysis and map client requirements to Oracle EBS functionality. Design and document to-be processes, functional specifications, and configuration documents. Engage in end-to-end implementation cycles, upgrades, rollouts, and support engagements. Collaborate with technical teams for RICEW development and system integration. Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and user training sessions. Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in customer workshops and solution demonstrations. Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support to clients in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to Oracle quality and delivery standards in all phases of project execution. Required Skills & Experience: 12+ years of functional consulting experience in Oracle EBS (R12 and/or 11i). Expertise in one or more EBS modules – Financials, SCM, HCM. Experience in global implementation and support projects across industries. Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and Oracle standard functionalities. Ability to write functional documents, test cases, and user manuals. Proven ability to engage with business users, gather requirements, and drive process improvements. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Effective communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Willingness to work in a global delivery model and flexible shifts if required. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist. Experience working in Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications is a plus. Exposure to Oracle AIM or OUM methodologies. Working knowledge of SQL for basic data validation. Travel: Occasional travel to client locations may be required. Work Mode: Hybrid or on-site as per project requirements.
