Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end EBO (COCO / FOFO) Stores Operations To achieve topline and bottomline for Store allotted. Handling EBO Operation for COCO and FOFO Stores in Area Responsible to ensuring profitability of Store in the assigned territories Ensure staff and merchandise availability. Responsible for Maintaining VM / Product guideline across stores. Liaise with key stakeholders: distributors, / Project team and accounts. Principal Accountabilities :- Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple internal teams across all stages until store opening. Creating a balance in store count / location growth and demand to ensure optimization & avoid cannibalisation of existing stores. Periodic review of with the franchisee on delivery vs promise grid, To ensure that the franchisee is getting the required ROI.
