We have the following opening for our client, a Reputed Textile Knitted Garment Manufacturing Group requires for its corporate office in Chennai Location requires, Business Development Manager Location: Chennai Experience: 4+ years Business Development The ideal candidate will be responsible for retail Exclusive Business Outlets (EBO) expansions through focused market survey, consumer trend analysis and competition benchmarking. This candidate will possess strong negotiation skills with Property owners and validating the required land documents. The candidate should think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular expansion strategy in line with business operations. Responsibilities: Adhere to the new store expansion & company rental Band New showrooms, site Identifying, market study/survey (finding location for hoarding) Analyze market trends, legal compliances, financial & location feasibility reports (Involving real estate cost, population, consumer habits, spending trends, local govt. laws, geographical aspects for analyzing the potential pertaining to the location. Shortlist & finalize catchment areas for new stores along with Ops. team. Act as first point of contact for agreement to sign off CCD (Cash Concentration and Disbursement) and property owner. Negotiate best rentals for the selected new store sites. Mapping and tracking of the competition & opportunity in the market. Property validation with all the documents.
