We plan to build a high-powered team for India & EMEIA region. Your key responsibilities You would be responsible for business transformation and/or business improvement around Manufacturing Excellence, Quality Excellence and end to end Supply chain & operations. The person will probably lead with clients to discuss and deliver EY's offerings and Point of Views. Primary focus of the role would be on pharmaceutical industries. Ability to talk the end-to-end Pharma language with specific focus in articulating Manufacturing and Quality solutions. Ability to work on end-to-end EBITDA improvement and driving value to the clients. Conducting Assessment of client current practices Support in Business Development and Asset Building Training and building capability of EY/client employees in the areas of manufacturing and quality. Liaising with and advising clients across multiple industries at a senior management level for large multi-location global organizations Develop, execute, and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams Skills and attributes for success Ability to connect strategic goals of a company in customer domain of a company through Manufacturing excellence and Quality excellence methodologies. Proficient in concepts and application of manufacturing, quality and Supply Chain Excellence methodologies. Develop, execute, and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in your functional area of customer transformation. Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offering that may assist current customer base. Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process. Understand EYP and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients. To qualify for the role, you must have BE. / B. Tech & MBA (from a premier institute) with a good academic background At least 5 years of relevant post MBA experience Experience in projects focussing on customer value chain in large pharma in India will have added advantage though not mandatory What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative way to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
