The Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and crafting healthy and delicious dishes that align with Eatntunes' wellness-centered mission. Key duties include collaborating on menu development, preparing vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options, adhering to food safety standards, and maintaining the kitchen's operational efficiency. The role requires creativity to innovate with nutritious ingredients while meeting specific dietary preferences. Qualifications Proficiency in meal preparation, culinary techniques, and understanding of vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free recipes Knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen hygiene, and proper food handling practices Ability to develop creative and health-focused recipes while maintaining high-quality standards Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure smooth kitchen operations Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an entrepreneurial kitchen environment Prior experience in a restaurant, catering, or health-food business is an advantage Passion for healthy living and an understanding of nutritional principles is highly desirable Culinary certification or relevant experience in professional kitchens is preferred
