Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to manage client interactions via phone, coordinate software demos and consultancy services, and support our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client touchpoints efficiently. Prior knowledge of accounting or consultancy is not required , but would be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls for lead generation, product introduction, and follow-ups. Handle inbound client queries regarding our software and consultancy services. Schedule and coordinate product demos and client consultations. Maintain accurate records of client communication in CRM or spreadsheets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-through on client needs. Provide support during marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Generate daily and weekly reports related to leads, conversions, and feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Commerce, or Business preferred). 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, marketing support, or client handling. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Email). Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Preferred (Not Mandatory): Understanding of software or SaaS products. Exposure to business operations, accounting, or consultancy environments.
