Key Responsibilities ● Identify, connect, and build trust with prospective students and parents across multiple boards and regions. ● Deliver tailored product demos, presentations, and consultations that address specific academic needs and goals. ● Maintain long-term relationships with parents, students, schools, and educational communities. ● Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, meetings, online channels, and events. Share customer feedback with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and strategies. ● Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. ● Accurately track leads, interactions, and conversions using CRM tools. ● Represent Easyconcpt at webinars, workshops, and info sessions. ● Adapt sales pitches to different academic streams, learning styles, and customer personas. Required Skills & Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred). ● Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ● Empathy and rapport-building abilities to connect with both parents and students. ● Target-driven and self-motivated, with a startup-ready mindset. ● Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (EdTech preferred). ● Proficiency in CRM tools and digital productivity software. ● Willingness to travel locally for meetings or events when needed. Preferred Attributes ● Familiarity with India’s K–12 education system and exam boards. ● Ability to analyze customer data to personalize sales strategies. ● Experience partnering with schools, tuition centers, or educational counselors. ● Strong networking skills to build community and institutional relationships.
