Serving clients from supermarkets and retail stores to restaurants and industries, Easy Plastics maintains stringent quality standards, exports to North America,Uk , Africa and pursues environmental stewardship through recyclable materials and moves toward zero-waste manufacturing Position Overview As Executive Assistant to the owner, you will be the right hand of Mr. Paras Shahresponsible for ensuring his time is optimized, projects move forward smoothly, and the business maintains its commitment to quality, customization, and sustainability. Youll act as a gatekeeper, coordinator, and enabler across internal teams, suppliers, and clients. Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative & Strategic Support Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling, email correspondence, and meeting preparation for Mr. Paras Shah. Prioritize and manage inbound communicationsfiltering, drafting responses, briefing the owner on priorities. Coordinate strategic planning sessions, review meetings, and prepare follow-up action trackers. Import export documentation and compliances. 2. Production & Client Coordination • Interface with production, quality control, and packaging teams for status updates on current orders (printing, customization, raw material status). Track export documentation and logistics for shipments Liaise with clients to manage customized bag specifications, billing, and delivery. Error reduction. 3. Supplier & Vendor Management Coordinate with raw material suppliers for HDPE, LDPE, PP, and biodegradable materialsensuring timely procurement and quality standards. Support vendor selection for packaging materials and manage relationships for packaging upgrades. 4. Travel, Logistics & Personal Assistance Arrange domestic and international travel, lodging, visas, and related travel logistics for trade fairs or client visits. Organize personal logistics and local arrangements for the owner, as needed. 5. Reporting, Research & Communication Generate weekly/monthly reports summarizing orders, exports, client satisfaction, and sustainability metrics. Research market trendsespecially in biodegradable plastics and packaging innovationsto inform potential business initiatives. Craft communications, presentations or proposals for stakeholders and partners. Qualifications Essential: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar. 35 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or related B2B sectors. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. High proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Proficiency in English Desirable: Familiarity with the plastics or packaging industry, including knowledge of printing processes or eco-friendly materials. Basic understanding of logistics, export documentation, and international shipping protocols. Prior experience in sustainability initiatives or process improvement projects.
