Regional Sales Manager East - FMCG/Beauty Care - Kolkata- 6+ Years We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager with over 6 years of experience in the FMCG sector , including a minimum of 4 years as an Area Sales Manager or Business Development Manager . The ideal candidate is currently functioning as an RSM , with proven expertise in handling General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce channels. Experience in managing multiple regions , particularly Bihar, Jharkhand, and other East India regions , is essential. Strong team leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering regional business growth are key to succeeding in this role.
