Simplify the journey: guide candidates through registration, resolve queries, and make onboarding seamless. Keep the system smart: log all conversations and insights in the CRM for visibility and learning. Work as one crew: collaborate with recruitment and ops teams to ensure smooth sailing for every candidate. Impact Metrics (How We Measure Success) Call Reach: Hitting daily engagement targets with outbound & inbound calls. Onboarding Conversions: Driving registrations and platform adoption. Resolution Speed: Quick turnaround time for candidate issues. Experience Score: High satisfaction ratings from candidates. Follow-up Precision: No missed callbacks, timely check-ins. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or BPO roles. Strong communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hindi (preferred) . Ability to explain products and processes clearly over the phone. Basic computer literacy (CRM usage, MS Office, Email). Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
