We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our dynamic Back Office team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of supporting management efficiently while working collaboratively with the team. Key Responsibilities: Handle and process company receipts, invoices, and bills accurately. Maintain and update records, databases, and reports as required. Provide administrative support to management and other departments. Respond promptly to requests and tasks assigned by management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all back-office operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role. Proficiency in computer operating systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Familiarity with accounting or finance software is an advantage. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
