Team Development & Sales Governance • Customize research decks and valuation models for strategic accounts. • Deliver institutional-grade research presentations and commentary on macro/micro trends. • Maintain two-way engagement with clientscapturing feedback and research requirements. Media Visibility & Brand Building • Lead analyst hiring, mentoring, and performance management. • Ensure strict adherence to SEBI Research Analyst Regulations and publishing standards. • Regularly contribute to financial publications and digital platforms with original insights.

Responsibilities: - Review US tax returns for inbound and outbound corporations, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8621, 926, and 1120-F. - Handle ECI, FDAP, and Foreign Withholding reporting, Reportable Transactions (Forms 1042/1042S, 8804, and 8805, 8886). - Develop a deep understanding of U.S. tax concepts like Global Intangible Low Taxed Income (GILTI), Subpart F income, earnings, and profits. - Proficient in reviewing complex GILTI and subpart F calculations. - Collaborate effectively with team members at all levels to ensure timely communication and engagement. - Manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, lead others, and meet deadlines consistently. - Demonstrate exceptional client relationship management and service skills. Requirements: - 8-10 years of experience, preferably in international taxation. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer. - Strong people and client management experience. - Advanced analytical, research, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. - Capability to handle deadlines, manage multiple assignments, and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
