Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, including day book entries , GST filing , and Tally-based financial record keeping . This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles and experience with Tally ERP software. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounts and record day book entries in Tally. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) accurately and on time. Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Assist in monthly and annual closing activities . Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to GST and income tax. Generate financial reports and summaries as required by management. Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in accounting (Tally ERP experience is a must). Sound knowledge of GST filing procedures and compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Good communication and organizational skills. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
