As a Senior Manager at Tata Motors, you play a crucial role in functions such as Operations/Manufacturing, Product Line, Purchase & Supply Chain, Engineering/R&D, AI/ML, SDV, and Commercial. You should have a minimum of 12 months of experience post completing your B.E. / B.Tech in 2023 from AICTE approved Colleges / University. You will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of products and operations, overseeing operational processes, and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities in areas like Engineering, Manufacturing operations, Product Development, Purchase & Supply Chain Management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on LIVE projects and contributing to their success will be a key part of your role. You will also work on process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends. - Gain in-depth understanding of products and operations to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on LIVE projects and contribute to their success - Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure production line efficiency and quality standards are met - Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements - Assist in maintaining the highest quality standards in product development processes - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and self-directed learning - B.E / B.Tech graduate of 2023 in disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automobile, Computer, IT, etc. Tata Motors is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
