Option 1:

B.Sc. in Chemistry or Physics / Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 15 years of relevant experienceOR

Option 2:

Graduate in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Technical Skills Required

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete EAF operations from charging to tapping, ensuring production and quality targets are achieved
• Monitor and improve process parameters for maximum efficiency
• Prepare and review monthly and annual production/cost reports
• Coordinate with casting, foundry, and maintenance departments for smooth workflow
• Lead and mentor furnace teams while maintaining strict safety standards
• Plan and manage preventive maintenance and shutdowns
• Ensure product quality and implement methods to minimize material losses
