As Lead IT Architect, you will help lay the foundations ofthe IT architecture and application landscape of Colruyt Group. Within the ITArchitecture team, you will develop the application landscape, aligned with theEnterprise IT Architecture and the reference architecture. For the team, whichincludes application, data, infrastructure and security architects, we arelooking for an IT Architect to strengthen the team. You will participate in the Xtra application Architecturalrun way evolution. In the Xtra ART we build and maintain an innovative mobileapplication Xtra who delivers personalized shopping services. The services willbe built iteratively in a combination of front-end, back-end and integrationservices. 1. Education and experience You have a master'sdegree or equivalent experience. You have also worked as an IT architect for 5years. Knowledge of EA modelling languages and frameworks. 2. Conceptual ability Your designs start from aconcept: your client wants to achieve a goal or has a problem. You listen andthink along. Then you come up with concrete solutions. 2.1 Customer focus In everything you do, you keepthe interests of the client in mind. You identify IT risks, follow developmentsin the IT field and dare to make decisions in complex situations. You providesubstantiated advice so that your client can make a choice. 2.2 Strong communication skills You communicatesmoothly and know how to convince others through your involvement,assertiveness and accessibility. Languageskills You communicate fluently in English with your colleagues in Belgiumand India. Full-time, can start immediately. Location of employment isHyderabad. Requirements You are responsible for managing and coordinating the ITSolution architects in the development of the IT architecture so that: The end-to-end solution meets the functional andnon-functional requirements IT risksare assessed at an early stage The end-to-end solution architecture is followedas a framework for the work of the IT Solution architects In the context of the Xtra ART,this means in concrete terms: The necessary ADAs (Architectural DecisionArtifacts) are created and validated There is a forum for Solution Architecture onwhich the solution IT architects are included within the broader context andvalidations of the proposed solutions take place You ensure that the reference framework withinAzure is drawn up and followed. You are responsible for ensuring that the end-2-endarchitecture follows the reference architecture, so that: IT solutions are implemented in a uniform mannerwithin our landscape There is visibility and support for anydeviations You are responsible for looking at questions and initiatives within a broadercontext, so that: The IT solution is consistent with theguidelines defined by the enterprise architecture: o The capability landscape o The target operating model andtechnology compass defined for each capability A coherent approach is followed across thesolution projects In the context of the XTRA ART,this means in concrete terms: That you ensure that the IT architects are awareof the guidelines defined by Colruyt Group That the elaborated solution architecture issubmitted to an Architecture board for validation You are responsible for creating support for the IT architecture so that allstakeholders support the solution. You are responsible for monitoring the implementation, so that: The implementation is carried out according tothe architectural designs The team has a point of contact in case ofambiguities
