Job Description : The Enrolled Agent (EA) Faculty member is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in tax law and IRS procedures to students preparing for careers in tax preparation and representation. This role involves teaching EA exam preparation courses, developing curriculum aligned with IRS standards, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall success of the academic program. The EA Faculty ensures students are well-prepared for the Enrolled Agent exam and professional tax practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach courses related to U.S. federal taxation and EA exam topics (Individuals, Businesses, Representation).
• Develop and maintain up-to-date course materials and assessments.
• Guide students through EA exam preparation using IRS-aligned content and practice exams.
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback and academic support.
• Stay current with tax laws and IRS regulations, integrating updates into the curriculum.
• Participate in curriculum planning, academic committees, and faculty development activities.
• Maintain professional EA licensure and fulfill continuing education requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) designation in good standing with the IRS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching or training experience in tax, accounting, or related subject.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
