Our flagship event, "Shiksha Samagam," is a well-acclaimed academic platform across India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Patna for a Student Counsellor. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing student and career counseling, addressing students' academic and personal concerns, and offering guidance on education and career opportunities. The role includes regular interactions with students, organizing counseling sessions, and maintaining accurate records of student progress and issues. The counselor will work closely with other staff members to ensure a supportive and effective counseling environment. Qualifications Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Education background and understanding of academic guidance Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with students Experience in providing effective counseling and guidance Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
