Role & responsibilities Mandatory Skills - "Key Responsibilities: • Provide end-to-end technical support for the E2Open Flagship system, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. • Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement fixes. • Support day-to-day system operations, data integrity checks, and performance monitoring. • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts in coordination with the E2Open team. • Document technical solutions, system configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend system enhancements. • Ensure compliance with IT service management processes (e.g., incident, change, and problem management). ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience working with E2Open, with direct experience supporting the Flagship module. • Strong understanding of supply chain processes (e.g., order management, inventory, fulfillment). • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data integrations (EDI/XML/API). • Ability to diagnose technical issues, analyze logs, and propose effective solutions. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a client-facing role. • Strong documentation and reporting skills. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: • Experience configuring or developing within the E2Open platform. • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, or TMS. • Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. ________________________________________ Technical Skills: • E2Open Flagship Platform: o Understanding of E2Open’s integration framework, supply chain workflows, and key modules (Order Management, Logistics, Transportation, Demand & Supply Planning). o Familiarity with E2Open Business Process Management (BPM) and how workflows are modeled. o Hands-on knowledge of E2Open mapping and transformation tools for B2B/EDI data. • Integration Standards: o EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS). o XML, JSON, CSV transformation and validation. o Communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, HTTP/S, VAN, and APIs. • Programming Skills: o Java (commonly used within E2Open solutions). o Groovy, JavaScript, or Python for scripting and automation tasks. • Database Knowledge: o SQL for querying, debugging transactions, and validating data. o Familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server (commonly used backends). • API & Web Services: o REST and SOAP web services for integrations with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems. • OS Knowledge: o Linux/Unix (navigating logs, running scripts, process monitoring). o Windows Server (if part of hybrid setup). • Application Monitoring & Logs: o Using tools like Kibana, Splunk, or built-in monitoring dashboards for debugging. o Reading transaction logs, error codes, and performance alerts. • Cloud & Middleware Concepts: o E2Open runs in SaaS/cloud setups, so knowledge of multi-tenant environments, performance tuning, and security is key. o Middleware (e.g., MQ, Tibco, or Kafka basics) for message routing. • Business Process Understanding: o Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics Execution. o Transportation & warehouse integration points. o Visibility and event management workflows. • ERP Integration: o Familiarity with SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar systems as most customers integrate E2Open with these."
