E2E Supply Network Planning Manager

You will be responsible for driving network supply, optimizing inventory, and ensuring demand completeness, accuracy, and stability within the tactical (0-3 years) and strategic (3-10 years) horizon for finished products through strategic raw materials. As the End-to-End Supply Network Planning Manager (SNP), your role involves implementing and maintaining product parameters across the network to drive replenishment and resulting inventory at decoupling points and in markets. You will define and ensure global consistency of planning master data and optimal use of SAP for demand and supply planning. Additionally, you will coordinate with site tactical planners to create site supply plans across the network for the assigned product portfolio and monitor deviations versus budget for volumes and inventory at site and network levels. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain product parameters to drive replenishment and inventory optimization - Define and ensure global consistency of planning master data - Coordinate with site tactical planners to create site supply plans - Monitor deviations versus budget for volumes and inventory - Lead supply scenario analysis and make proposals for decisions on COGs versus inventory assessments - Own supply plans across the network and optimize supply and inventory plans - Responsible for supply escalation management and supply risk analysis - Drive pipeline lead time improvements within the supply network - Ensure availability and accuracy of independent and dependent demand for FP/DP/PP/DS - Contribute to the maintenance and development of process-relevant tools Qualifications Required: - BS/BA in life science, engineering, business, or relevant experience - Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred - Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical or similar industries - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in highly ambiguous environments with changing priorities - Excellent knowledge of supply chain business processes within the pharmaceutical industry - APICS certification and SAP APO experience preferred,
