SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant Job Type: Full-Time / Contract / Remote Job Description : We are looking for an experienced SAP FSM Consultant to join our SAP practice. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SAP Field Service Management, integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and experience in customer service processes. Key Responsibilities : - Implement and configure SAP FSM based on business requirements - Integrate SAP FSM with backend SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC) - Design end-to-end service processes for field operations including dispatching, scheduling, mobile access, and reporting - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs - Provide support during all project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare - Train end-users and support change management - Collaborate with technical teams for data integration and custom developments Technical Skills Required : - Strong experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) - Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud and C/4HANA is a plus - Experience with SAP FSM mobile app configuration - Integration experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA/ECC) using SAP BTP, PI/PO, or CPI - Familiarity with FSM Core, Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, and Smartflow Functional Knowledge : - Field service operations - Work order management - Resource planning and dispatching - Customer service processes - Asset management Qualifications : - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - SAP Certification in FSM or C/4HANA is a plus - Strong communication and documentation skills Nice to Have : - Experience in Utilities, Manufacturing, or Telecom domain - Knowledge of FSM analytics and reporting - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
