Job Description This role ensures the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of the Procurement process related to the sub-contractor category. Responsibilities Assist implementing sourcing strategies for sub-contractor services, aligning with WSP Middle Easts business and project requirements. Negotiate commercial and contractual terms related to the sub-contractor category to ensure optimal pricing, service levels, and risk mitigation. Ensure efficient execution of the P2P process for the sub-contractor category, including purchase requisition approvals, purchase order issuance, and invoice reconciliation. Collaborate with finance and accounts payable teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies and ensure timely payments to sub-contractor according the WSP Middle Easts policies. Collaborate with internal business units, including project management, finance, and legal teams to define procurement needs and ensure alignment with Global & Regional procurement guidelines. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, industry regulations, and corporate governance requirements. Support audit and reporting processes related to sub-contractor P2P activities. Identify opportunities for process efficiencies, and value improvements in the sub-contractor procurement process. Leverage procurement technology (e.g., Oracle Fusion ERP, e-procurement tools) to enhance P2P and contract management processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in P2P operations to enhance efficiency and compliance. Collaborate to overall governance and administrative tasks of WSP sub-contractor assessment process. Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on professional services and sub-contractor engagements. Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, P2P processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) and CLM tools. Good analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. 1. Lead end-to-end bid and proposal management activities as an individual contributor across international markets (LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and NA) for the Gaming, Software, and IT Solutions domain, handling international bids in both government and private sectors. 2. Identify tender opportunities, conduct bid/no-bid decisions, manage bid submissions, drive proposal strategy, ensure compliance with global procurement norms, handle multilingual documents, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful bid outcomes 3. Track and analyze international tender opportunities on public and private e-procurement portals, conduct market and competitor research to assess feasibility, and manage the timely acquisition of tender documents while ensuring compliance with submission protocols. 4. Develop high-quality, persuasive technical and commercial proposals (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, RFXs), aligned with client needs and regulatory norms, while leading content creation for executive summaries and value-driven presentations. 5. Evaluate bid eligibility and compliance by assessing technical, legal, and financial criteria, collaborating with internal teams, and validating content with subject matter experts. 6. Coordinate pre-bid activities by attending meetings, resolving queries, integrating clarifications, and acting as the primary liaison with clients and partners throughout the bid lifecycle. 7. Manage bid submission by compiling and finalizing documents, ensuring timely delivery as per guidelines, and maintaining a repository for audits and future reference. 8. Collaborate with vendors, departments, and partners to gather necessary inputs and documentation aligned with bid objectives. 9. Devise bid strategies, explore new markets and partnerships, and adapt to global procurement trends for business growth. 10. Track bid performance metrics, conduct post-bid reviews, and enhance workflows for continuous process improvement. 11. Identify and mitigate compliance, financial, or technical risks, resolving issues through strategic collaboration. 12. Prepare and deliver clear and persuasive PowerPoint presentations to both internal stakeholders and clients, effectively using visual aids to communicate bid strategies, proposals, and value propositions. 13. Strong understanding of global tendering norms and compliance requirements. 14. Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking with a self-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset to effectively manage complex bids and deliver successful outcomes. 15. Proficient in e-procurement tools, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Zoho, SAP, Workday). 16. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
