Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and validate tools, dies, and sheet metal components as per product specifications. Execute tool and die fitting, assembly, and maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted production. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool performance, sheet metal forming, and die operations . Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for tools and dies. Work with production, design, and quality teams to ensure high precision and efficiency. Optimize tool designs to reduce costs, improve durability, and enhance productivity. Coordinate with vendors for tool manufacturing, modification, and repairs . Maintain documentation of tool drawings, tool history, and technical reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and ISO procedures . Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians in tooling and sheet metal processes. Key Skills & Competencies: Expertise in tool design, die manufacturing, and sheet metal forming techniques . Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, Creo, NX, CATIA, etc.) . Strong knowledge of press tools, progressive tools, and sheet metal operations . Ability to analyze and solve tooling-related issues quickly. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Qualifications & Experience: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Engineering . 8 to 12 years of experience in tool design, sheet metal dies, and tooling operations . Experience in automotive / engineering / manufacturing industry preferred.
Job Purpose: To manage and coordinate Air & Sea freight import and export operations , including documentation, customs clearance, shipment tracking, vendor management, and compliance with statutory requirements, ensuring cost-effective and timely movement of goods. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and monitor end-to-end Air & Sea freight operations for imports and exports. Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit, and Shipping Bill. Ensure compliance with customs, DGFT, excise, GST, and international trade regulations . Coordinate with freight forwarders, airlines, shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and overseas agents . Track shipments and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders. Negotiate freight rates and contracts with vendors to achieve cost efficiency. Manage and resolve issues related to delays, demurrage, detention, and insurance claims . Monitor and analyze logistics performance, costs, and lead times; maintain MIS reports . Ensure adherence to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) and company policies. Drive continuous improvement in logistics operations to enhance efficiency. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Air & Sea Freight forwarding operations, import/export procedures, and INCO terms . Hands-on experience in customs clearance and international documentation . Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills . Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP, or logistics management systems . Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Post Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or Commerce . 5 to 10 years of experience in Import & Export logistics (Air & Sea). Experience in manufacturing, trading, or logistics companies preferred. Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this role.
