Role & responsibilities Generating and merging of Ageing report Analyzing the ageing ledger and identifying the collectable items Setting self-targets for the amounts to be collected in a month/quarter Following up with customers on overdue payment over e-mails and phone Diligently uploading invoices on customer portals like Ariba, Tungsten IBM WOI etc. Initiating termination (Dunning) of the customer services in case of non-payment Working closely to un-posted cash sitting in the bank Clearing the un-applied cash posted on account by contacting customer and securing the Remittance advise Cash forecasting, predicting the collectable cash in a month/quarter by analyzing the trend of the customers payment history and agreed credit terms Credit Analysis of customer’s credit worthiness, analyzing the Financial Statements through different tools in order to fulfill the orders placed by the customer Releasing of the Orders placed (Credit Hold) by the customer by doing their credit check analysis Resolving customer queries Raising Credit Memo’s in case of any adjustments or tax issues Raising Debit Memo’s in case of closing any open credit Processing refund requests by creating payment packet and sending to AP Processing Performa invoices as in when requested Working closely with Tax team to resolve US sales tax related issues Updating contact details in database Working on adhoc reports assigned by the management

Role & responsibilities Financial & Operational Analysis Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate data into insights to support business decision-making across departments. Partner with business units to understand drivers behind performance and variances to plan. Reporting & Insights Build and maintain financial and operational dashboards to track KPIs. Create self-service reporting tools and automate recurring reports. Support development of scalable reporting frameworks and executive dashboards. Budgeting & Forecasting Contribute to annual budgeting and rolling forecasts. Provide financial modeling support for business planning scenarios and initiatives. Track budget vs. actuals and partner with stakeholders to manage spend. Systems & Tools Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering teams to integrate and validate data from ERP (e.g., NetSuite), CRM, OpenAir, and other systems. Serve as a super-user of FP&A tools (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Excel). Support continuous systems improvements, including database structuring and data governance. Collaboration & Communication Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales Ops, HR, and IT. Provide ad hoc support and analysis for senior leadership. Communicate findings clearly, concisely, and in a business-friendly manner. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred). 46 years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics, or other data-intensive finance roles. Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python). Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and financial planning tools. Strong business acumen; ability to think both strategically and tactically. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Skills Experience in SaaS or technology sectors. Experience integrating financial and operational systems for reporting. Familiarity with Pigment, Anaplan, or other cloud-based planning tools.

Responsibilities Will be responsible for delivering the functional, product level support for our world class ERP and other business applications. This role will be a part of a team at our India Operation and will be responsible for ensuring that our customers who log support tickets receive nothing but the most positive of experiences while troubleshooting their questions. This role will perform as a resource for Client Support and aid in overall success of the support team. Will also follow our standard processes around providing support and deliver as per defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Essential Functions: The list of essential functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented or changed, as necessary. • Takes ownership of and provides resolution to application support incidents reported by our customers. • Ensures that our customers receive excellent and consistent customer service. • Prioritizes support incidents and conducts system troubleshooting in a timely manner. • Ensures that the support cases are handled in accordance with service level agreements and business requirements. • Partners with internal global product and technology team members to understand/seek resolutions to customer issues and provide feedback to them based on support cases. • Continuously learns application features and functionality to deliver the most appropriate/relevant resolutions to customer issues. • Maintains composure while working with customers and team members to resolve escalated issues and takes appropriate action to prevent recurrence. • Works in relevant support shifts as scheduled by Support Manager. • Goal is to work independently with minimum assistance from Seniors/ Supervisors Key Requirements: Education Bachelors degree in a relevant field An Engineering Degree Preferred Master’s in business administration – Operations / Supply Chain Management Experience Experience especially in Operations would be an advantage. Knowledge Knowledge of Support ticketing systems would be an advantage. Knowledge of supply chain operations, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Order Management knowledge on Computers and networks would be an advantage.
