E commerce Production Executive

We are looking for a highly organised Production Manager to oversee daily workflow and ensure all customer orders move through design, printing, embroidery, packing, and dispatch on time. This role requires strong follow-up skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple departments.

Responsibilities
Monitor all incoming orders and ensure they progress through each production stage on schedule.Follow up with design, printing, embroidery, and packing teams to confirm timelines and status updates.Identify delays early and take corrective action to keep orders on track.Maintain accurate production reports and update the system with real-time status.Coordinate with customer service on any issues, hold-ups, or urgent orders.Manage daily production priorities to meet delivery deadlines.Ensure quality standards are met before dispatch.

Requirements
Strong organisational and time-management skills.Excellent follow-up and communication abilities.Experience in garment production, printing, or embroidery (preferred but not essential).Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
