Job Summary:

As an E-commerce Product Listing & Upload Executive, your primary role will be to post products online, upload and manage listings across multiple e-commerce platforms and ensure product details are optimized for visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post products online on various e-commerce platforms.
• Create and manage product listings including product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
• Upload product data individually or in bulk using Excel/CSV templates.
• Ensure all product listings are accurate, complete, and comply with platform guidelines.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO techniques to optimize listings for better visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, inventory) to collect and update product information.
• Regularly monitor and update stock/inventory to avoid order cancellations or stockouts.
• Track and analyze listing performance and suggest improvements.
• Resolve listing errors, suppressions, or platform violations promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Commerce, Business, or IT preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in online product posting and catalog management.
• Strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Entry).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, product categorization, and keyword tagging.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large product data sets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic photo editing (Canva, Photoshop) is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with online catalog tools .
• Understanding of GST, HSN codes, and e-commerce compliance requirements.
• Ability to format product content using basic HTML (optional)
