Prior experience in packing, warehousing, or e-commerce operations is preferred, though not mandatory. Familiarity with barcode systems or basic order management tools is an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be punctual, careful with delicate items, and committed to ensuring every customer receives their order in perfect condition.
