E-commerce Operation Manager

Are you passionate about building scalable e-commerce operations and driving seamless customer experience Our fast-growing D2C fashion startup is looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to own and optimize the backbone of our online business - from inventory sync to order fulfillment to returns & refunds management. As the E-commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Shopify backend, ensuring accurate IMS-Shopify inventory sync on a daily basis, overseeing order processing, courier coordination, COD management, returns & refunds, tracking & reporting performance across Shopify, IMS & GA4, and building and streamlining processes that fuel scalable growth. The ideal candidate for this role would have 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a fashion/D2C brand, hands-on expertise with Shopify + ERP/IMS workflows, be process-driven, detail-oriented, and analytical, and be excited to build systems from scratch in a high-growth startup.
