Job Role & Responsibilities: Customer Call Handling: Attend incoming customer queries on calls/messages. Solve order-related concerns and give regular updates. Follow-Up Process: Track customers' orders until delivery. Provide daily updates to customers via WhatsApp or call. Record Maintenance: Prepare and maintain Google Sheets and documents daily. Track order status, customer feedback, delivery timelines. E-commerce Operations: Help in order processing and managing logistics. Learn and assist in listing products on online marketplaces (like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Help in basic product listing, keyword optimization (training will be provided). Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Education : 10th or 12th Pass Basic Computer Knowledge (Google Sheets, Browsing, Typing) Good Communication Skills (Hindi/English/Gujarati preferred) Fresher or 0–1 year experience Should be from Ahmedabad city only Working Hours: Monday to Saturday — 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Sunday off) Training Provided: Don’t worry if you don’t know everything — we will provide complete training in: Order Processing Listing Optimization Logistics Handling E-commerce Marketplace Operations How to Apply: If you're interested and ready to grow in the e-commerce industry, send your resume now!
