As an experienced eCommerce professional, your role will involve cataloguing and maintaining products on our website, app, and various platforms. You will be responsible for coordinating order processing, delivery, and returns, ensuring seamless customer experience. Collaborating with other teams, you will execute brand, marketing, and eCommerce activities effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Cataloguing and maintaining products on the website, app, and platforms - Coordinating order processing, delivery, and returns - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for brand and marketing initiatives - Ensuring timely fulfilment of customer orders - Monitoring and maintaining website functionality To excel in this role, you should possess: - 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using Excel for cataloguing and reporting - A bachelor's degree - Experience in digital marketing or SEO is an added advantage Additionally, this full-time position offers benefits such as internet reimbursement, life insurance, paid time off, and provident fund.
