E-Commerce, Inventory & Visual Ops Executive

You are an E-Commerce, Inventory & Visual Ops Executive at Zarkha.com, a womens wear fashion portal. Your role involves a mix of online catalogue curation, offline inventory management, creative visual support, billing operations, and returns reconciliation. As an ideal candidate, you are detail-oriented, comfortable with digital tasks and offline processes, and passionate about fashion. Key Responsibilities: - Curate and maintain Zarkha's online product catalogue with accurate details and high-quality images. - Properly categorize products by season, occasion, and category for easy navigation and campaign readiness. - Track and update inventory, manage stock movement, and reconcile online and offline stock levels. - Create web banners, social media creatives, and posters to support promotions and campaigns. - Manage offline billing and invoicing processes for smooth customer transactions. - Handle product returns/exchanges and update stock records accurately. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to align catalogue, inventory, and visuals with ongoing campaigns. - Generate regular reports on stock status, sales performance, and campaign visuals for management insights. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in E-Commerce operations, catalogue management, or inventory handling preferred. - Expert knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets. - Comfortable using design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Corel for creating web banners or posters. - Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and an interest in fashion/e-commerce. - Comfortable handling both online tasks and offline store support. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with inventory management or POS systems like Tally or similar. - Background in apparel or lifestyle e-commerce. - Basic HTML/CSS skills for minor catalogue tweaks. Please note that the work location for this role is at Zarkha, Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. The work schedule is 6 days a week from Tuesday to Sunday, with timings from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM.,
