E-Commerce Internship

As a Catalogue and Order Processing Coordinator at our company, your primary responsibility will be to manage and update the product listings across our website, app, and other platforms. You will play a key role in coordinating the processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to execute brand, marketing, and eCommerce activities effectively. It will be your duty to oversee the fulfilment of customer orders, whether they are shipped from the warehouse, picked up in-store, or delivered through a service. Monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning of our website will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using Excel for cataloguing and reporting purposes is essential. A bachelor's degree is required for this position, and any experience in digital marketing or SEO will be considered a valuable asset. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at our designated location.
