Position: E-commerce Executive

Reports to: E-commerce Manager / Head of E-commerce

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic E-commerce Executive to support and grow our business across leading online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms, including quick commerce channels like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. The role involves managing listings, day-to-day operations, coordination with marketplaces, and assisting with online advertising campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Operations

• Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
• Ensure product content, images, and descriptions are updated and optimized
• Monitor product availability, pricing, and promotions
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory and order fulfillment
• Support in resolving listing errors, account issues, and customer queries from marketplaces
• Assist in preparing data for participation in sale events (e.g. Big Billion Days, Prime Day)

Quick Commerce Platforms

• Upload and manage products on quick commerce apps like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
• Keep stock levels and pricing updated
• Coordinate with platform partners for promotions or changes in listings
• Track performance metrics and share regular updates

Advertising Support

• Assist in running and monitoring ads on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads)
• Collect and maintain data on ad performance (ACoS, ROAS, spend)
• Help prepare reports and insights to optimize campaigns

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain reports for sales, inventory, promotions, and advertising
• Analyze sales trends and competitor listings
• Share insights and suggest improvements for better sales performance

Key Skills & Competencies

• Experience working on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
• Basic knowledge of quick commerce platforms (preferred)
• Good skills in MS Excel for data management and reporting
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to coordinate with teams and external partners
• Eagerness to learn new tools and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce operations
• Experience managing listings and basic ads on marketplaces

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
