Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated

E-commerce Executive

to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing e-commerce platforms preferably in shopify, optimizing product listings, executing digital marketing strategies, and analyzing sales performance to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. E-commerce Platform Management:

Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance visibility and conversions.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and timely dispatch.
Digital Marketing & Sales Growth:
Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns to boost sales.
Implement SEO strategies to improve product ranking on e-commerce platforms.
Manage PPC campaigns, sponsored ads, and social media promotions.
Work on affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
Customer Service & Engagement:
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Manage product reviews and ratings to enhance brand reputation.
Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and traffic.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitor analysis.
