Role Overview :-

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels for our jewellery brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, optimizing content, coordinating with teams, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring a smooth customer journey across e-commerce platforms and the company website.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Manage and update product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and company website.
• Write & optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for better visibility and SEO ranking.
• Upload high-quality product images, ensuring accuracy in details and specifications.
• Monitor product performance, sales reports, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, returns, and refunds in coordination with the operations team.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to run promotional campaigns and discounts.
• Ensure product content is accurate, appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Keep track of competitor pricing, trends, and best practices in the jewellery e-commerce sector.
• Provide insights to improve online sales, conversions, and customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in E-commerce (preferably in fashion/jewellery/lifestyle products).
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.).
• Understanding of SEO for e-commerce product listings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting & analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
