Job Description

The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for driving e-commerce sales and growth. This includes managing the online store, optimizing the customer experience, implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns, and developing innovative ways to increase customer engagement on the website. Responsibilities Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy Manage all aspects of the online store including product listings, pricing updates, promotions and discounts Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website Monitor analytics to analyze site performance and optimize campaigns accordingly Coordinate with third parties such as vendors, payment processors and fulfillment centers Ensure a seamless customer experience by troubleshooting any technical issues that arise Oversee content on the website including product descriptions and images Prepare and deliver MIS Reports on a regular basis Keep up with industry trends in ecommerce solutions and technologies Remuneration: Best in Industry Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,082.97 - ₹20,681.49 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: E-commerce: 1 year (Required) total work: 1 year (Preferred)
