Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Associate to join our E-commerce team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and supporting the overall sales process. You will work closely with the Business Development and Account teams to drive lead generation, client outreach, and strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential e-commerce clients and target segments. Generate leads through outbound email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assessing fit and interest. Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between prospects and sales leaders. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track all sales activities and progress. Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, optimize outreach, and support campaign efforts. Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends, competitors, and Adverxe’s offerings. Support the sales team with proposal development, pitch preparation, and client communications. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development role (e-commerce or SaaS industry preferred). Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with a persuasive and engaging approach. Self-starter with excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. A passion for e-commerce, marketing, and digital technology. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Role Overview The E-commerce Executive will handle end-to-end marketplace operations across platforms like Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Amazon, and Flipkart. The role excludes design work but includes everything from onboarding and listing to stock sync, pricing, order management, and performance tracking.
